For 60 years, the Coop has been providing an exceptional learning environment for students in West Acton, Massachusetts. As a non-profit cooperative school, we depend on the day-to-day involvement of families, and the support of alumni and the the local community, to continue this important work. On April 29, 2017, we will mark our 60th year with a silent and live auction to celebrate our school community and raise funds to be used both to sustain and enrich the school’s environment. A dedicated team of volunteers has been working since September on this popular event; we very much hope you will join us in the celebration!
Why do we fundraise at this time?
While our annual operating expenses are covered by tuition, a special anniversary appeal will allow us to make dramatic improvements to the classrooms and property we depend on, such as adding shade structures to the playground, replacing a classroom loft, and making several long-deferred technology updates. Our community also has a tradition of generously funding tuition scholarships where need exists.
We’re in the home stretch!
Ticket sales have closed for this event. A HUGE thank you to our sponsors at every level, and to the volunteers who are making sure everyone has a great time!
